These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Fynova Labs LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Provision of Services
Nature of Services:
Fynova Labs LLP provides IT solutions, digital marketing services, design, and technology-based deliverables to clients globally, subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Delivery Format:
All services are delivered digitally via secure platforms such as email, cloud drives, Notion, Slack, GitHub, or other collaborative tools agreed upon during the project kickoff.
Service Timelines:
For standard projects, delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. For long-term or high-complexity contracts, a custom timeline and milestone-based schedule will be defined in the project agreement or Statement of Work (SoW).
Delays caused by client-side dependenciesâincluding delayed approvals, pending content, design feedback, or access credentialsâshall not be counted toward the agreed delivery timeline. Adjusted timelines will be communicated in writing as and when required.
2. Client Responsibilities
- ⢠Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely inputs, assets, and direction necessary for successful service delivery.
- ⢠Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any access credentials, links, or project materials provided by Fynova Labs.
- ⢠Any damage, loss, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete client input shall not be attributable to Fynova Labs.
3. Customer Support

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).

4. Payments
- ⢠All payments must be made in USD, EUR, or GBP via international payment gateways (such as Wise, PayPal, Stripe) or through international bank transfers to our designated accounts, in compliance with RBI regulations on foreign remittances.
- ⢠Full advance payment is required before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing and confirmed by an authorized representative of Fynova Labs LLP.
- ⢠GST-compliant invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- ⢠Refunds are granted only in the case of duplicate or erroneous payments made by the client.
- ⢠No other refund claims will be entertained once work has commenced, except in verifiable instances of non-delivery, subject to investigation and mutual resolution.
- ⢠Cancellations must be requested in writing before service delivery begins, and cancellation is considered confirmed only upon written acknowledgment by our team.
6. Intellectual Property
- ⢠All deliverables and project outputs remain the sole property of Fynova Labs LLP until full payment is received.
- ⢠Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for the deliverables, unless a separate ownership transfer agreement is signed.
- ⢠Fynova Labs reserves the right to showcase completed, non-confidential work in its portfolio, marketing, or case studies unless a signed NDA restricts such use.
7. Dispute Resolution
- ⢠All disputes or grievances should first be addressed through good-faith communication between both parties.
- ⢠If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable Indian laws.
- ⢠Arbitration may be considered if both parties agree in writing to a mutually acceptable process and arbitrator.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ⢠Fynova Labs LLP shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- ⢠Our total liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
- ⢠This limitation does not apply in cases of proven gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct by Fynova Labs.
9. Modifications to Terms
- ⢠We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
- ⢠Clients will be notified via email of material changes at least 7 calendar days prior to the updated Terms taking effect.
- ⢠Continued use of services following such notice will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
