- • All timelines are calculated in Indian Standard Time (IST).
Commencement of Service:
A project is considered initiated upon confirmation of scope and payment, or upon kickoff communication, whichever occurs first.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to maintain clarity and fairness in our transactions. Our policies reflect the nature of our digital services.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the event of duplicate payments made in error.
To initiate a refund request:

- • Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Refunds are not issued for reasons such as dissatisfaction, change of mind, or requests made after service delivery.
In rare cases of verified non-delivery, refunds may be issued subject to internal investigation and mutual resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- • Clients may request cancellation only before service execution begins.
- • Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- • Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] and are subject to written confirmation from our team.
- • For prepaid orders that are cancelled before service execution, the payment may be refunded minus applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.
Returns & Exchange Policy
As all our offerings are digital services, returns and exchanges are not applicable under any circumstances.
Governing Law
These policies are governed under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable. In case of disputes, the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
